While the evacuation orders for Calabasas and Hidden Hills have since been lifted, the devastation left in the fire’s wake is staggering. At least seven fatalities have been confirmed, though authorities fear the number could climb as specialized dogs search the scorched ruins of homes.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the Kenneth Fire was deliberately ignited by an alleged arsonist, who is now in custody. This revelation only added to the chaos as firefighters raced to contain the blaze, which has proven to be futile, amid the odds they still battle and residents scrambled to evacuate for their safety.

Senator Adam Schiff issued a stark warning to locals, emphasizing the urgency of evacuation-

"If you stay, you're going to die," he declared. "You may think you can outrun a fire, but you cannot. When evacuation orders come, get out now."

The Kenneth Fire, which started Thursday, threatened the Malibu Canyon area and properties north of the 101 Freeway, where Kourtney Kardashian and other celebrities like Will Smith reside. Kim and Khloe Kardashian's homes in Hidden Hills were also at risk.

During the crisis, the Kardashians have stepped up to support their community. The family has donated food and supplies to the brave firefighters battling the flames, showcasing their commitment to aiding those risking their lives to save others.
